Roles we hire for (full-time, contract & project-based)

  • Senior/Project Geologist – Lead mapping, logging, sampling programs; design QA/QC; compile JORC Table 1; mentor juniors.

  • Geologist / Graduate Geologist – Execute field programs (stream sediment, soils, trenching, core); data capture; preliminary interpretation.

  • Resource Geologist / Geostatistician – Domaining, variography, kriging/IDW, model validation, reconciliation, and report drafting.

  • Mining Engineer (Concept–Pre-Feasibility) – Pit/UG concepts, equipment selection, haulage studies, schedules, CAPEX/OPEX inputs.

  • GIS / Remote Sensing Specialist – UAV photogrammetry, DEM/orthomosaic, alteration mapping, terrain analysis, cartography.

  • Geophysicist (Consultant/Visiting) – Survey design, acquisition oversight, processing & interpretation (mag, gravity, IP/Res).

  • HSE & ESG Practitioner – HIRARC/JSA, baseline studies, rehabilitation planning, stakeholder engagement.

  • Field Technicians / Samplers – Rigorous sampling, logistics, equipment care, chain-of-custody.

  • Admin/HR & Project Support – Mobilisation, procurement, documentation, compliance tracking.

What we look for

  • Technical foundations – Degree in Geology/Geoscience/Mining/Geophysics (or related).

  • Reporting standards – Familiarity with JORC (2012) and BoG expectations; strong documentation discipline.

  • Tools of the trade – ArcGIS/QGIS, Global Mapper, UAV photogrammetry, geostatistics and modelling (e.g., Datamine, Leapfrog, Minex, Deswik, etc), MS 365/Google Workspace.

  • Field readiness – Comfortable with multiday campaigns, rugged terrain, and safety protocols.

  • Mindset – Curious, accountable, client-oriented; clear written and verbal communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus).
